At Rock Hill Screen Printing, we follow a 16 step process to make sure each job is done correctly and is delivered on time. It’s important to us that the customer understands what it takes to get the job done right.

Step 1 – Take order info and deposit

Step 2 – Place material order

Step 3 – Create artwork and layout

Step 4 – Artwork approval

Step 5 – Artwork separation and outputs

Step 6 – Degrease and prep screens

Step 7 – Coat screens with emulsion and dry

Step 8 – Expose coated screens

Step 9 – Rinse out images and dry

Step 10 – Tape and block out screens

Step 11 – Set and align screens on press

Step 12 – Print according to color sequence

Step 13 – Inspect, count and box

Step 14 – Breakdown, tape and ink removal

Step 15 – Reclaim Screens

Step 16 – Deliver and receive payment
